1. Service Description

LISTAI is an AI-powered listing tool that helps you generate, manage, and publish product listings. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse product photos and produce marketplace-ready listing content.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices (in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes):

• Starter — £24.99/month · 50 listings
• Pro — £39.99/month · 150 listings
• Business — £79.99/month · 400 listings
• Elite — £149.99/month · 1,000 listings

Listings beyond your monthly plan allowance are billed at 20p each and charged immediately to your payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date unless cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have used fewer than 20 listings during that period. To request a refund, email us at hellolistai@gmail.com. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if 20 or more listings have been generated. Overage charges are non-refundable.

4. eBay Integration

LISTAI integrates with the eBay Seller API to publish listings on your behalf. By connecting your eBay account you authorise LISTAI to create, edit, and manage listings in your eBay Seller Hub. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all listings published to eBay. LISTAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items. You accept full responsibility for compliance with eBay's policies and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated listing content produced by the Service may be used freely for your commercial reselling activities. LISTAI retains no ownership over content you generate.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". LISTAI is not liable for any lost sales, listing errors, eBay account suspensions, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal in your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; access continues until then.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Last updated: June 2026. LISTAI ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email address, password (hashed by Supabase Auth), account creation date.
• Profile data: subscription plan, listing usage counts, eBay connection status.
• Listing data: product photos you upload, AI-generated titles, descriptions, prices, and category data.
• Payment data: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID. We do not store card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
• eBay data: eBay OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted in our database, used solely to publish listings on your behalf.
• Referral data: if you were referred by another user, we store the referrer's user ID on your profile.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service (generate listings, publish to eBay, manage your account).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
• To calculate referral statistics for the referral programme.

3. eBay Integration Disclosure

When you connect your eBay account, LISTAI obtains OAuth tokens that allow us to create and manage listings on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely in our Supabase database. We request only the minimum scopes needed: sell.inventory, sell.account, and sell.fulfillment. You can disconnect eBay at any time from your Account page, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Product photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and listing generation. Photos are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and are not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of a single API call. Generated listing content is stored in our Supabase database associated with your account.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU/US data centres).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI listing generation (photos only, transient).
• eBay Inc. — listing publication via their Seller API.
• Cloudflare — CDN and serverless worker hosting.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: delete your account and all associated data via Account → Delete Account.
• Portability: receive your listing data in a machine-readable format on request.
• Objection: object to processing for direct marketing.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all profile data, listings, and eBay tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their own retention policy (typically 7 years for tax/legal compliance).

8. Cookies

LISTAI is a single-page application. We use only essential session cookies set by Supabase for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+. Database access is restricted via row-level security policies. eBay tokens are stored with field-level access controls.
